RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

Boiled Potatoes – 2

Fried Onions – 1

Green Chillies – 3

Salt – 1 tsp

Coriander Leaves – 3 sprigs

Bread – 8

FOR BATTER

Besan – 70 gm

Ground Coriander – ½ tsp

Red Chilli Powder – ½ tsp

Baking soda – ¼ tsp

Salt – ½ tsp

Turmeric – ¼ tsp

Kalonji – ½ tsp

Ajwain – ¼ tsp

Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp

METHOD

  • Mix all the fillings together and keep aside.
  • Mix all the ingredients for batter together and keep aside.
  • Take the Breads and stuff with the fillings.
  • Cut into triangles.
  • Fry in hot oil for 4 minutes on each side on Medium-low Heat.

Serve with Mint and Tamarind Chutney
